Lake Clementon was for sale for a while.

Also, if you are having problems reaching the park's main office, the Blair County auditor's office might be able to help you. Just use Lakemont's given address and they could help you find the parcel number and the owner's name and phone number through tax records.

Lakemont is NOT for sale. Clementon Park in New Jersey is.

Well, technically, everything is for sale. It may just not be advertised. No one is trying to sell Lakemont, but if Bill Gates gives them a couple billion, I'm sure it'd be arranged. ;)

Actually, Lakemont as 'land' is owned by Blair Co, and the 'park proper', ie the rides, buildings, attractions, etc is owned by Ralph Ambrano Construction. Its a unique situation, but the 'park proper' would be for sale, and the balance of the lease. But they are not at this time.
