Didn't think that this was particularly newsworthy, but you may be interested anyhow.
Have any other parks this far north ever tried to stay open this late in the year?
Also, they stole all those photos from Kennywood!
Hi

The Christmas holidays are my favorite time of the year to visit Charmland. I love seeing Lighty dressed up like a Christmas tree.
I'm glad to see more parks opening up in November and December. I just wish a park near me would try it with coasters running (other than Sesame Place which started opening for the holidays year and has Vapor Trail running) like Great Adventure since Skull Mountain and The Dark Knight could be open plus flats and kiddie rides.
That place is still open, sws? I thought that Six Flags or something bought it just to close it.
Edited to add - ;)

No, no. You're confusing it with Cedar Fair and Geauga Lake, which we all know was an evil conspiracy. With Charmland, the rides were all shipped to other parks but the trees still remain. And we all know that's what important in keeping Chuck happy.
And as CoasterKid (versions 1-20) once convinced us years ago, it's all water under the tree.
... or Maverick...
