does SF do any of the designing for their rides? for example, John Wardly works with the companies to design some of the coasters. does SF do anything like this? or do they just say we want this type of coaster, this tall, with this many inversions, and we'd like it to be in this area?
Yes, SF does indeed hire designers for their coasters. I have submitted some ideas in the past. One of their main contract designers is in fact Werner Stengel. He currently designed Goliath at SFH and had some say on Superman at SFOG as well.

I heard some where that Six Flags painted it black and green.
Now we see the track heading for La Ronde for the new invert - it has yellow track and grey rails:

Lets hope that the thing about the cobra being painted being is true or else why would they have to coasters with similar looking track in the exact same colours (colors)?
Im also confused to why the wouldn't just bulid the new coaster black and green and leave Cobra alone!

It is indeed a B&M mirror of Batman.
Oh, so it will be a "clone" of Batman #4 (namtaB) at SFStL. I was wondering when they would make another mirror. So far, besides namtaB they had all been the same.
