La Ronde Goliath: Trains on site, track almost complete

La Ronde been updating their website every 2 days this week... Cause the ride is almost complete! The S turn is up (wow... if the train has good speed, I can't imagine the whipping effect) and half of the last turn, which looks pretty close to 90 degrees.

this looks sweet. is their any idea on when it'll open to the GP?
This coaster looks awsome. A true out and back. Wish it was closer to home though.

I miss Drachen Fire

From the video animation, it seems like the supports will create some incredible head-chopper effects on the return run. Both of the B&M "Goliath" coasters opening this year look incredible!
It will open with the park on may 13th... I know, its late... but Six Flags is improving on that! Up until 1998, La Ronde was only open from last week of may to labor day!

I'm more excited about this than Goliath at SFOG, that's for sure. I guess it's about time I headed up to that part of Canada. Never been, but it's calling my name. :)
