La Ronda Set to Announce 2005 Soon

March 9th at noon to be exact (if I did my math right). You can check out the parks webpage for the countdown:

While we all know that it will be a new kids area, I guess it will be sort of important in the fact that it should be the last announcement for new rides by Six Flags in 2005. Once that announcement is made we can really put into perspective how far SFI spread their 2005 budget.

Plus it's good news for La Ronde!

This could be the last Six Flags announcement for 2005, but it may not be. The following are the parks that are or could be getting something for 2005 but have not announced yet:

Six Flags Elitch Gardens - halfpipe water slide
La Ronde - kiddie area (mentioned back in conference call)
Enchanted Village - mentioned back in conference call (halfpipe water slide?)
White Water Bay/Frontier City - on season pass renewal flyers (halfpipe water slide or Tornado?
