Kudos to SFMM-actual good news

My wife and I had visited SFMM and Knotts back in November when we were in Vegas. I had purchased 2 Fast Passes as I knew the crowds were going to be nasty the day we went.

Well we ended up only using 1 and we were told that we could take them back to Guest Relations for a refund as long as we were there before 6 (bank closing).

Well after we ended up waiting for X for two hours (had to ride it) we sprinted down to Guest Relations with about 5 minutes to spare. However, the bank had closed but they told me to write a letter to the company with my tickets and I would receive a refund.

We got a letter last week from SFMM stating that they would refund the $15.00 to my wife's Visa card. Of course I was skeptical but hoped for the best.

Today, I was looking at our bank account and the money was there. I couldn't believe it. Kudos to SFMM for taking the time to first of all refund the money but to look for my wife's account information back from our November trip and apply the money back to the account.

When I was there August of 2003, I had an extra fast lane card at the end of the day that didn't get used because all of the fast lane lines I waited in were still over an hour. I took the ticket back to Guest Relations and they refunded the money on the spot, and this was right before the park closed for the day. Then again, I was chewing them out for the fact that the fast lanes were worthless because of the long waits anyways. They probably refunded it just to get me out of there.

Now only if they could get people on the coasters faster it would be nicer and make it a better place to visit.
