Well we ended up only using 1 and we were told that we could take them back to Guest Relations for a refund as long as we were there before 6 (bank closing).
Well after we ended up waiting for X for two hours (had to ride it) we sprinted down to Guest Relations with about 5 minutes to spare. However, the bank had closed but they told me to write a letter to the company with my tickets and I would receive a refund.
We got a letter last week from SFMM stating that they would refund the $15.00 to my wife's Visa card. Of course I was skeptical but hoped for the best.
Today, I was looking at our bank account and the money was there. I couldn't believe it. Kudos to SFMM for taking the time to first of all refund the money but to look for my wife's account information back from our November trip and apply the money back to the account.
