There are some new photos posted up CoasterRealm showing off the completed Pony Express coaster. It actually looks a lot bigger than it was depicted in first pieces of concept art that we all saw.
One thing I noticed is that in order to install the final half of the coaster, they had to rip out most of the lush foliage that surrounded Bigfoot Rapids -- I really hope they replant stuff back into that area.

Hopefully we'll see big fat expanded versions of these in the future. Big fat sweeping graceful turns that make everyone go weeeeeeeee.

I hate to judge a ride before I ride it, but the layout and length of this ride just don't do anything for me.
what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard.
Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

That's because it's a family ride, NOT a thrill ride.

Wow, Knotts just love the red and yellow combination. Looks like a super fun ride though.

The ride is shaping up rather nicely & is much bigger than expected for a ride of it's type....funny how nearly every CF coaster built this year with exception of Voodoo & Thunderhawk is following along with the orange color scheme when it comes to track though.

Does anybody have an overview shot of the ride? It's difficult to picture what the whole layout looks like from the pictures. Especially not knowing park at all.

It's a figure 8 shape with 3 hills and a tunnel. In person, the ride is quite small but should be fun for what it is.
