Knott's 2002 Coaster

Will this be Intamin's version of Hypersonic XLC?  They say it has a 90 degree drop and will be 63 seconds long.

TOP 5
1. Alpengeist, 2. Magnum XL-200, 3. Superman: Ride of Steel (SFNE), 4. Volcano: The Blast Coaster, 5. Apollo's Chariot
Close Calls 1. Grizzly (PKD), 2. Batwing, 3. Montu
Its different.

Read the article associated with it in the news section.

Xcelerator (thats the name of it) is different from the XLC because it does a tophat inversion.  And overbanked turns.  And big bunny hills.  And the launch system is different.  Hypersonic is air powered, Xcelerator is hydraulically powered.

Its like XLC in its most basic idea, but is more versatile in its performance.

That's cool that it has all those track elements.  It should be better than H:  XLC.

I shouldn't judge though.

All I can say is that it's gonna be one sweet*****ride!  UA!  That launch sounds very nice.
