Knoebels Turns

I know this has drug on for so long that the excitement is gone, but does anybody know anything about their hopes for 2010 with Flying Turns?

I can't find anything anywhere, and on knoebels website they have the "update" they posted in 2009 where the believe it can open by the end of the season!
