I cannot comment on Labour Day, as I have never been there at that time, but I can say this: Our last trip was on a hot Saturday earlier this month with the parking lots nearly full - and we never had to wait more than twenty minutes for anything. Many in the crowd will be there just for a picnic, or the pool, or to hang out and enjoy the great food (there is no admission charge to the park, after all). As well, ride operation is extremely efficient, with the Phoenix having what has got to be the fastest dispatch times of any (non-wild mouse) coaster in the world. And most importantly, given that Knoebels is one of the absolute best parks anywhere, I would be surprised if there was a bad time to visit ...
