of course i am not complaining....i love those things, perhaps my favourite type of coaster to date:)
Approval Rating System Key
0 = We have enough concerns about this attraction that we recommend caution when riding it or not riding it at all.
1 = Not a good score. A lot of negative feedback, but venue is aware and has implemented change and we would recommend caution when riding this attraction.
2 = Acceptable score with mixed reviews. We know of no reason not to ride this attraction. If the level of this rating relates to anything specific that we know might be of concern to riders, we'll report it.
3 = A high score. We would expect any consumer complaints not to be of a serious nature on this attraction.
4 = An extremely high score. We would expect to hear nothing but positive reviews of the attraction, however, complaints are minimal and the gravity of the complaints are not bad.

People who know they have problems should not get on coasters if the problem has the potential to affect them during the ride. PERIOD!!! Rider Error once again.
I have a pre-existing condition and I ride coasters anyway. I know that I am always taking a chance, but what the hell, that's what life is all about. So, I will continue to ride coasters, even if I am risking something, PERIOD!
From what I can figure out (from what I've been told by people that know this guy) ALL the feedback basically comes from online trip reports, and there's literally NOBODY actually providing direct feedback!
It's a scam plain and simple

However, they now pride themselves on being "assholes" about it (not my words, one of the ASO guy's words) which wipes out any bit of credibility they may have been able to gain.
Personally, I like the idea: collect feedback from park guests (including concerns), visit the park to see if you notice the same things, confront the park about it. The execution is... not good, though. All it has managed to do is alienate, well, everybody.
I wouldn't post to ASO as a "credible news source" though... ;)
bill, also thinks puppies are cute....not as cute as kittens, but not much is... :)
Would William's Grove Cyclone have a "0" rating? Would SFKK's Roller Skater have a "4"? What factors do they base their ratings on--reported injuries? How bad a ride looks?
