Does anyone know who the builder of this ride was and what the specs on it where (height, and such)?
KCKC was an Arrow Hydroflume. As for stats, I don't know, I'd guess about 50' tall. ----------------- Scott W. Short mailto:scott@midwestcoastercentral.com http://www.midwestcoastercentral.com
What is the Kenton's Cove Keelboat Canal ?
It sounds neat.
It was the log flume at PKI, they took it down because they rethemed the other log flume to "The Wild Thornberrys".
They took it down because of that is the future site of Tomb Raider: The Ride.
Yeah, you are right.
KCKC was an Arrow hydroflume, that was built at Kings Island in 1973. It stood operational until this year, in Rivertown, next to The Beast. It was torn down this year to make room for Tomb Raider: The Ride. BTW, it was not sold, as the demolition crew pretty much destroyed the ride. On a side not, one of the pump house buildings from KCKC is still standing and might be used for part of TRTR ----------------- www.geocities.com/coastersrz I`ve ridden Son of Beast 49 times!
