Kennywood discounts

I notice on Kennywood's web site, it informs you that you can buy a hot tix ticket for $18 at Blockbuster video stores in the Pittsburgh area, a saving of $10.95 on the regular ride all day pass. We will be visiting the park in early June but are from the UK. Does anyone know if these 'hot tix' are available for anyone to buy, or do you have to be a Blockbuster member? Thanks.

You can just walk in, no Blockbuster membership necessary. At least, I was never asked for my membership cars. Good question, though.

Helpful tip, in case you didn't know about it -- if you go to Kennywood via the Edgewood exit on 376, there will be a Blockbuster on your left just past the Edgewood Town Center shopping plaza.

I believe the tickets are available until June 15th, and may be used to the end of June. The park is also offering a discount if you go after 6pm -- $13.95 for the ride-all-"day". Given that on a nice day the park may be open until midnight, that's a great deal.
