Kennywood

Going to Hang out in Pittsburgh for a few days this summer and plan on doing most of the hanging at Kennywood. I haven't been there for a few years and was wondering if I couldn't get some first hand reports on how the park is doing and such. I'm really looking forward to riding the PR!

Kennywood is an outstanding park, in my opinion. Phantom's Revenge is really fun and the bunnies are incredibly wicked. Add the three great woodies, a fun themed spinning mouse, and a ton of classic and modern flats [do *not* skip a ride on the Kangaroo!] and you have a great day or two of fun!

I wish I was getting to Kennywood this year....

What a good year to come out to vist Kennywood too! Kennywood's new ride for this year is the King Kahuna featuring the themed Volcano Valley which you won't miss;) Yes, please don't forget to skip any *flat rides of Kennywood, especially, the Turtle, Whip, and Kanagroo. I hope I helped you, enjoy your trip to Kennywood this year hope it turns out good.

By the look of the blueprints, the new area will have a incredible feel to it. The Enterprise is going to be VERY different. ;) A totally new look at KP is coming this summer.

I love to live in the Pittsburgh area! The three woodies are excellent, the Exterminator is great, and The Phantom's Revenge is the best hypercoaster I've ever ridden. Lost Kennywood is one of the most authentically themed areas of an amusement park I've ever seen. If you don't look at Pitt Fall and the Exterminator, you would believe your at one of the early Luna Parks around the country (that is what Lost Kennywood is modeled after anyway).

I can't wait to see what Volcano Valley looks like! Only 52 days till opening day, oh the agony.
