Kennywood, 1st time-9/02/01

We entered and went on the Jack Rabbit first. Wow, that double dip! Pretty cool ride for such a small size. Then we ate some potato patch fries. They were really good, but not the best I have ever had like some say.

After that, I went on Thunderbolt. I had about a 30 minute wait, they put the 2nd train on right before I got on. Awesome coaster. I like how the track goes right next to other track. The PR headchopper is great. Then I went on the turtle. Cool ride, not very thrilling.

We made our way into Lost Kennywood to go on PR. We waited 1 hr. 15 min. for the back row. I loved it. My new #1 coaster! The airtime...unbeleivable! The drop into Thunderbolt is really cool. I filler rode 2 more times so I got on 3 times.

Then I went on Exterminator. The themeing in line was awesome! It must have taken forever to do those little meters in the inside queue. The spinner was broken so we didn't get to spin. It was still an awesome ride. The part where the rat finger goes above your head is cool. I filler rode with my family so I got on twice.

I walked onto Pittsburgh Plunge. Typical River Ride. Nice to cool off. Then I went on the Whip with my mom. What a cool ride. It uses almost no new technology, just some simple chains and ropes. I liked how traditional it was. You could tell it was there for a long time.

I waited about 30 minutes to go on Pitt Fall. The freefall lasts way longer than Giant Drop's. Awesome. I went on Lil Phantom with my sister. Add it to the coaster count.

I found my way through Kiddieland to the Racer. I waited about 20 minutes for it. The race is cool, I like touching the other side people's hands. It is a good ride for all types of people.

I really wanted to go on PR one last time, but we didn't have time. I was a bit mad, but I had a great day at the park. It was really pretty and clean. The people are nice. It is very old-fashioned. Nice to know that some things never change.
