Kelly Osbourne rides ME!

Get your minds out of the gutter guys...LOL. Kelly Osbourne and a friend just rode Manhattan Express coaster at NYNY....they got the on-rides to prove it! But it was funny hearing their perspective of the ride....don't believe they went for another trip...;)

Wow, talk about "King for a day"...thankfully no more trips to Rupp this year, LOL...

Noticed that too Bill.

It's amazing how loving yet disfunctional that family is.

What I remember of ME was decently smooth... But that was 3-4 years ago.

That's bad grammar.

When I rode, Manhattan Express last year (exactly 52 weeks ago today, in fact) I didn't find it to be "that bad"...I actually rode it four times in the span of an hour and liked it...especially that dive turn...

Oh man I wanted to jump into the TV screen last night and strangle her!

I was hoping that Sharon Osborne would toss Kelly over her knee and give her a good dose of reality, via a spanking! (No spanking jokes please.) What a brat!

I was counting on Manhattan Express knocking some sense into that girl. But apparently it had little to no affect.

The reason for all the screaming is typical of wales, it is a cry for attention.

Don't hold back...tell us what you REALLY think of Kelly Osbourne ;) ;)

Funny thing, I loved the diving loop, best part of ME....the helix before the bunnies was good too. From the first drop to the dive loop was pretty rough the first time (as were the finishing bunnies), better once I *learned* the ride. I just don't expect GP'ers to ride something multiple times when it's one of "those coasters" that require you to anticipate the rough spots...;)

edit: Sharon Osbourne roXors!

I rode ME the month it opened, when it only cost $5 to ride. Its wasn't smooth then and it isn't smooth now.

Well, it was smooth when I rode, and blew me away at the time.

I doubt it would do the same if I went back.

I must've missed something, Moosh. I rode ME about 6 months after it opened (was there the day NYNY opened and couldn't get NEAR the place). I didn't think it was that rough at all.

Maybe I just have a fond memory of ME because after we rode, the hubby and I hit the craps tables and walked away with $1700 between the two of us.

I was only able to see te last part of the episode. What were her comments about the ride?

If it's tourist season, why can't we shoot 'em?

CPLady - or perhaps my experience was an anomaly. It happens ;)

She didn't really comment on the ride, she just got off after screaming the whole time. She did complain about having to ride in the front seat, this after she line-jumped about 1,000 other folks.

I'm sorry, but she is a hag and a half.

I'm not really feeling her myself. Remember the episode where the airport lost her luggage and she was whining about washing her nickers everynight. Couldn't she just go buy some more...what a lout!

Welcome to Planet Nupe!

HA HA HA HA!

I will say she has been the catalyst for some terrific moments though.... the episode where she sang at the MTV awards and Jack was more excited about McDonalds bringing back the McRib than her performance was great!
