Keansburg Amusement Park is hosting its first Oktoberfest, complete with a local oompah band, traditional German food and a Sam Adams “stein-hoisting” contest. The autumn fun caps off a triumphant summer for the venerable amusement park., which was hammered by Sandy. Flood waters from the Oct. 29 superstorm reached 5.5 feet in the park’s buildings.
