Kalahari considering massive project in the Poconos

A resort developer has its eyes on the Poconos, planning what could be the biggest project in the region's history - a combination indoor water park, convention center and hotel. The Wisconsin-based Kalahari Resorts is eying the site of the historic Inn at Pocono Manor for the project.

It's Pennsylvania. I'm sure at least some locals will fight it... too much traffic, too much noise, the construction will make dust, OMG I'll be expected to go out and look for a job, those greedy businesses are going to get more tax breaks... and so it goes.

Hopefully, saner heads will prevail.
