I just purchased NL online from Element 5, how long did it take you guys to finally get the download after you bought it

It took me about 15 hours, so I find nothing wrong with that. I did it on a Friday night, too at around 6 or so. I got the e-mail by 9 the next morning. I ordered mine with a credit card, too, so depending on your ordering method it could be longer.

I downloaded it right away and they were very helpful later on when I needed to get a new registration #.

Yeah, it was immediate for me too. I submitted the order, then checked my e-mail and the link was already there. That was in December.
