Jurassic World shooting at former Six Flags New Orleans

Jurassic World, which is filming under the working title Ebb Tide, is moving to New Orleans Louisiana for eleven weeks of filming and next week they are scheduled to begin shooting at the old abandoned Six Flags New Orleans theme park.

When I read the topic title without italics, I thought someone had been shot on the SFNO property and I was trying to figure out when they'd had an attraction called Jurassic World...

Yep, same here. Immediately my brain went "Oh no, not another one."

Yep, that's where I went right away, too. Kind of glad I'm not the only one.

Clearly I'm the only one who thinks of "shooting" as video or film. That's my background. My bad.

No, it makes sense now, but when everything else from every other news source is talking about "shootings" everywhere, it becomes ingrained in your head.

Metal Detectors at the gate would prevent this.

So would a gate.
