I'm kind of surprised that it took this long. The developer is the Planet Coaster developer, but it looks more focused on simulation game play than creation. Maybe even Gonch will like it.

My interest in the Jurassic Park franchise is even less than my interest in Planet Coaster.
I was excited for the news, but has a theme park sim ever succeeded when the developer tried to make it playable on PS4/XBOX? The game pads do not lend themselves to the same experience that we've become accustomed to when using a keyboard and mouse. I'm envisioning a game that's limited in customization and high in management and missions (fly a helicopter, kill a runaway dinosaur, etc.). With that said, hopefully Frontier is getting paid a boatload to make this movie tie-in so they can keep developing indie games like Planet Coaster. :)
How is Planet Coaster an indie game? Frontier has a headcount of 300 and revenue last year of £21 million.
