Said to be the world's largest suspended looping coaster during construction, Jubilee Odyssey stands 167 feet tall and features six inversions.

Update includes a full Fastasy Island park guide and photo gallery, including 18 photos of the park's coasters.

Oakwood Leisure Park in Wales was also added recently, and includes the top rated wooden coaster, Megafobia.

Wow, that is really sad that they would lie and say that it was the tallest inverted coaster in the world. Did'nt they say that it would be like 245 ft and the first lop would be like 200 ft? By looking at the photos you can tell that it is only 167 ft.

I belive the numbers the park put out were the heights above sea level. I may be wrong though.-----------------All I need is 4.5 million bucks and a half a mile long sliver of land and maybe someone could build me my very own Shivering Timbers. ;)

the cause that the ride is so expensive is because the most of the money went to concrete for the fundations of the coaster, the land is verry sloppy, compare it to a swamp.

the story is funny, the park seems strange to me.

i would like to point out a few things on why it was so expdnsive

1-The amount of concrete that went into the foundations - as i live right next door nearly so i hubv seen it with my own eyes

2-Then half the coaster had to be re-made due to it not fitting to the foundation spots which alo cost alot

3-The car park had to be changed and park paths latered

4-Market buldings had to be re-built

5-Oh and if anybody would look oddessy is over 200ft tall as if u have a distant picture measure the height of milenium the oddessy do some sus and ul work out that it is jsut over 200ft :P

the total £28m was for everything - not just the ride !!!
