Joyland sued for unpaid unemployment taxes

This State Department of Labor is suing Robert Barnard, Joyland's president, for what it alleges are unpaid unemployment taxes during the second, third and fourth quarters of 2006, according to court filings. Barnard has already missed one court appearance, according to the filing.

Is it just me or is it that this park pretty much a done deal. I hate to say it. I really was looking forward to going there this summer. Looks like they might not be able to build the condos either however if they dont pay the taxes. That might not be a bad thing.
