Stanley and Margaret Nelson, the former and new owners of Joyland, say they hope to sell the park soon to a company that will restore the park to its former glory in time to open this spring. The Nelsons foreclosed on the park for $1,030,000.28.

Excellent news. I'm hopeing to get to the park in the next year or two. I hope that with new management and park expansion, will come expanded weekday summertime hours.
