Jeff

jeff, why is it I posted a topic about SFGAm parking lot, and it's gone, I cant find it anywhere.  I dont know how to contact you, so I figured I would just post a topic to find out why.
I'm not speaking for Jeff, but usually these types of topics are closed or deleted for a good reason. And if you want to talk about it, post in the "Suggestions For CoasterBuzz" section of this site.

Well, there are no "net nannys" in RRC.  URC has the same problem with Eric Giezel.  Of course if you are willing to abide with a single person's censorship, deal with it.

In all fairness to Jeff, he really gives us "loose reins" and doesn't come down on us until things get really out of hand.  But if you are talking true free speech, forget about it!

I wouldn't worry about being "booted" Sandy...Jeff's pretty up-front about the way that coasterbuzz is run, and Eric, too.  It may be a little limiting to some, but it helps keps threads on-topic and keeps out alot of "noise"...although I can't speak to this particular thread since I didn't see it.

What could be wrong with a thread about Great Americas Parking lot?

Well, I didn't see the topic, but I'm guessing it was about expanding the park into the parking lot and how to overcome the lack of parking caused by it. Well, it's a "been there done that" topic.

I probably know why.  Just today, three topics were made about SFGAm on new rides.  Mine came first, followed by Robs, and then one more.  I'm assuming that Jeff only kept the one that had the most posts, or interest.  Repling to TrBiggar, Rob's post on the parking lot had nothing to do with parking, just what's in them.

Geez do you all realize that like 5 or 6 people just responded to this thread by the name of "Jeff". And neither one is actually Jeff...............
My suggestion is to email Jeff directly at webmaster@coasterbuzz.com, instead of publicly airing your problem with him. He does write back.

Until you get a parking space with your own name on it, you're still part of the GP.

I have to chime in here...

This isn't a democracy (it's a cheerocracy and I'm the cheertator... sorry :)), it's a forum where we decide on the direction of conversation. You like it or you don't. If you don't, go to RRC where you'll find all of the unmoderated off-topic nonsense you can stand.

Contrary to popular belief, Eric and I don't sit around with a bag of Doritos and a bottle of Code Red scanning the forums waiting to see what we can delete. Please... I think we all have better things to worry about.

We don't delete things because we don't agree with them. Don't take it that personally or think that we actually know you from Adam enough to have something against you. We shape the conversation to keep it on topic and within the guidelines of the TOS (and that means if -est is in a topic title, it'll probably go away).

Have a nice day, and enjoy the rest of your ride on CoasterBuzz.
