Entertainment Associates, the company formed to rescue Jazzland from closing, has withdrawn its bid to buy the park. According to the bankruptcy attorney for Entertainment Associates, "Jazzland has informed us that it is actively negotiating with Six Flags." Other companies are interested in Jazzland as well, including Ripley Entertainment, known for their Ripley's Believe it or Not museums. The park has enough cash to operate through this weekend.

With the situation Jazzland is in, I think Six flags should buy and bring it a little more to life.

But how many parks does SF have already, isn't it around 20 or more ?

Try close to around 40 worldwide. I say buy it. Hey, would any of you complai if they did buy it and put in a B&M something or a Intamin something, I think not. Oh, and while they're at it buy Visionland too. Two parks that I think all of you would like to stay open, no matter who owns them.

i would tell six flags to go away, last thing this country needs is another park with the same coasters, same rides, same ride names, etc then your home park...
