Jazzland park set to file bankruptcy

Jazzland will file for Chapter 11 bankruptcy today and Alfa SmartParks, the current owner, will sell to a group of investors that includes a former Six Flags executive.

Sounds like the city may be giving Jazzland some relief, but the city's alternative appers to have been getting stuck with the $25 million HUD loan to pay off if the park had closed.
Not to mention about 1400 lost summer jobs and a tarnished reputation.
