Jazzland deal stalls at the bank

Entertainment Associates LLC, who announced last week their intentions to buy the troubled Jazzland, said that the land owner is holding up the deal. The land owner says he is concerned that the firm doesn't have the cash to buy the park.

What a mess. The battle of the egos involved in the purchase/selling of the park may be its undoing.

Buckle up everybody! I think Jazzland's most hair-raising roller coaster ride is leaving the station...and who knows where the track shall lead.

This is just a lot of postering by people that want to insure a share of the profits (but not liability) if the park turns around. Mr. Winingder or whoever will certainly not get his money for his land if the court and bank close this park for good.
