This is pretty basic stuff for most enthusiasts, but it's a great overview of the technology involved.

That's a great example of using today's technology to show kids something "cool" that can lead them to pursue degrees in engineering, design, science, etc. In my youth I used to help maintenance do some basic things when there was time and I was allowed (changing a wheel on an Arrow coaster for example) and maintenance engineering for an amusement park can absolutely be a rewarding career path.

It's really nifty that he told the story by building a coaster and adding new tech as it came along.

Really well done.
