A female Japanese tourist died Friday night in a roller coaster derailment at an amusement park in Cambodia, a local government official said Saturday. Bun Tharith, deputy governor of Siem Reap Province, identified the victim as 21-year-old Saki Takita from Aomori Prefecture.

I subscribe to TPR's channel on YouTube, and some of Alvey's trips recorded on there are obscure, scary looking coasters in foreign countries, so yeah, TPR as a group doesn't do the shady places, but certain members definitely do. Hence, relationship to the joke. I don't know, I found it amusing. :)

Richard- you thought Geauga's Serial Thriller was bad? You must never have tried T2, becau... wait,... Yes you have.
:-)
Starting a sentence with "Richard, you must never have tried..." is a rookie mistake. ;)

Ha! To be honest, I'd deliberately blotted T2 from my mind...
I develop Superior Solitaire when not riding coasters.
Weird. I thought T2 was one of the better SLCs. I know the differences were minor (slight banking differences here and there), but overall, I enjoyed it a bit.

Probably depends on when you rode it. But even before I knew what a coaster enthusiast was, my buddy and I took a trip a round the country hitting up Cedar Fair and Six Flags parks. Oh, if I new then what I know now, we'd have been hitting so many other parks.
Anyway, even then in my fairly inexperienced state of ridding, I thought it was awful.
