Japanese TA2K

Does anyone have solid info, or at least an EDUCATED guess as to what park is installing the TA2K in Japan. S&S has said it's going to Japan, and will be 320 ft, 107 mph (Those may not be exact, that's just what I remember from various articles.)

Out of the many possible parks in Japan I think it might be narrowed to 3 or 4 likely choices.

The most likely seems to be Fujikyu Highland. They recently put in "Birdmen", a small flying coaster, but their last major coaster was Fujiama. A new coaster would bring their count to 13! (Someone on thrillride reported seeing construction at Fujikyu for a coaster supposedly opening in July, sounds promising to me.)

I'm going in August, and want to ride it. Hypersonic was AMAZING, and I'm dying to ride a real production model!

(Now I can't remember, is it Fujykyu or Nagashima that has 12 coasters? It was in the recent Rollercoaster magazine.)

Who made "Birdman" andway?

I never heard anything about the Thrist Air, but it would be cool. BTW, would't 107 mph hit the top of the hill faster than normal?

Birdmen (yes, that's Birdmen with an e. The full name translates as "The Jet Brothers present the Flying Birdmen Coaster")
was made by Hoei Sangyu (Japan).

About the speed question: A custom TA2K could do ANYTHING after the launch. Assuming that a similar hill is going to be used as Hypersonic has, 320 ft, 107 mph seems about right.
