Japanese Covid-19 guidelines: no screaming

Japanese theme park associations have made the suggestion that parks encourage visitors riding outdoor attractions, including roller coasters, to avoid shouting or cheering.

Wonder if that will work as well as telling people to put their arms down and hold on?

Japan is the one place in the world where the culture is such that the public probably will (mostly anyway) abide by instructions of that sort.
