Japanase Age Restrictions for Coasters

I agree it's extremely unfair. I'm 48, and have no health problems that would prevent me from riding a coaster. In fact, I plan to spend the first year of my retirement traveling and riding coasters! Reminds me of Logan's Run.

Obviously age discrimination is alive and well in Japan. Hard to believe that I'm too old to ride rollercoasters.
No, not Dana;), there was a much older Japanese fellow riding the trains with the younger folk.

Age discrimination? They probably don't feel that way about it.

...well, Mark, if I read your last post right, it sounds like you need to re-evaluate that signature... :)

45?!??!?!?!??! That's insane!!!!! I surely hope they don't start implementing that rule over here!!!
That rule didn't apply to my father...

Did they ask him, or was it not actively enforced for him? (The lady in the ACE article had some tough times getting on some rides she said)

No problems at all, just like getting on any American coaster. And no offense to him, but he doesn't look under 45 years old. ;) Well, I guess he doesn't look like he's over 100 either. :)
