I seem to be having problems finding info on Nagashima Spaland's operating schedule and directions from Tokyo. Nagashima's website doesn't seem to have an English area and Bablefish didn't seem to pick anything up as far as a calendar goes. The only map I found was in Japanese.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

Nagashima is a LONG way from Tokyo. A (native) friend drove me there....it is a 8-10 hour drive from Tokyo. Unless you have a Japanese friend drive you, you're going to need to take a train to Osaka, a train to Nagashima (city), and a bus to the park. (Drivng for Americans is not doable there) Nasai will be able to give you the names of the trains....I can't remember them right now.

Jeff, that is a nutso to do that trip all in one day. Poor guy... I figured you drove up to Fuji-kyu. The train takes forever, and it is difficult otherwise. Next trip, you need to take a few weeks over there....like me. HA!:)

Nasai,
Thanks. I'll be on the lookout for it. Don't see it yet but it could just be something with one of the mail servers.

Yeah, you were lucky to get around so much in such a short time. Having in-laws over there makes things a bit easier, but also keeps me in the Kansai area too. It is a long way to Tokyo!

Yeah, I want to hit Parque Espana and Nasu Highlands.... I really miss Moonsault Scramble. Too bad you didn't have the chance. Terrifying!
