Nope...

There are only three PAX Cobra coasters so it's either Admiral Vrungel (where it ran 2002-2007), Saudi Amusement Center, or Attractionmania (under construction, where Vrungel's model moved to).

It is Admiral Vrungel but it is in Gelendjik Russia.
