Its official.. SFDL getting no new rides for 2001.

Once again I can clearify we are getting no new rides for 2001 (even though I have a million times :P ) But here is more proof. Iyou go to the official Six FLags Darien lake site, you will see they updated everything for the 2001 season.

Only thing new:
New retail store,
New shows,
Same price admission.

No new rides are being built for 2001...

Sad huh?

Oh great. WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH why does it seem like sfdl never gets anything. not including sros ok it wasnt that spectacular. SFDL has the least amount of rides of any park i know! they add them in one at a time. they only have 1 wooden coaster and 2 original steel coasters. grrrrrr.
and that is a lot more than what other parks have, so stop complaining. The park is owned by Six Flags, Inc. They are most likely saving up for something big next season, so just wait and be happy with what you have.

I have said this before, so I'll say it again. SF found that there was no reason to build any new rides this year. I still don't believe that they needed to either. The selection of attractions they have is good, the coaster quality is excellent. Personally, I would like to see them build a few more family attractions and keep adding to the resorts before any new major coasters are built. It's the smart business way, people.

Kinda like Six Flags Elitch Gardens, riiight?? :)
I really hope SFDL does eventually get more rides but they don't have all that much competition and there isn't really any reason to get a huge new ride. We'll see what happens

Yes, because that big red and blue thing couldn't possibly be any fun after you ride it a few times. ;)

Since when do park's put in rides every year anyway. For $40 you can buy a season pass to SFDL that's good at any six flags park. If you don't like what's in the park go to another.
