Italian Job Track Arrives

Track for Italian Job: Stunt Track seems to have arrived at PKI. While the track is black this could be that 1) the track in the tunnel is black to hide the track, or 2) they changed the track color.

Sounds like it would be the tunnel track. That makes sense.

Me? I'm dishonest, and a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for, because you can never predict when they're going to do something incredibly... stupid.
maybe the concept art was simply so you could see the track better? Black track low and tight against a floor that looks like a blacktopped street would be my choice of color.

BTW if this runs as well as Mummy seems to run, it's gonna be pretty cool

With all of the snow today I don't think they will be getting any more track.
They could very well get more, it all depends on the scheduled dilevery, and if it left the plant. If it had left the plant, it's going to come regardless of weather.

I think with the shortness of the ride, I think it's going to go up pretty quickly, the only tall supports are going to be on the helix.

Perhaps they changed the color after seeing how annoyingly stand-outish the yellow was ;).

I think this new color is the better choice and will disguise the track better with the street scene and in the tunnel.

Typically speaking, lower level track is laid first, so stuff like track in tunnels and anything that goes underground is going in first. That's probably why it's black...

Comparing it to the Premier track on Buzzsaw Falls, it appears to be identical. I'd say the black track is for the tunnel.

Woo for black track!

I'm with Keith... yellow is really bright. The focus of the ride shouldn't be the track. It should be the 12 or so seconds of helicopter.
