I was wondering if anybody could tell me any information about Either Luna Park in Tel Aviv, Israel, or Superland, in Rishon Le Zion Israel.
I have been working in Israel for the past week and a half, and will be here for another 10 days. I tried to find information about these parks but came up empty Handed.
I would like to know what times these parks are open. Also I would like to know if they ate Pay-per-ride parks or general admission.
any experiences would be appreciated too.
Thank you

i'm not sure what to put here..
I have a friend who's been to Superland a few times, and I know that they have a SkyCoaster and a roller coaster called Kumba (which is very different from BGT's Kumba). That's all I remember for now, but I can ask him about it.
When I went, they had individual ride tickets, and a wristband, that let you have unlimited rides. The wristband was the way to go, so you could ride as much as you wanted. The log flume was pretty good, the compact steel coaster was ok, and they have a few flat rides and a go kart track. The best flat ride, was probably their ship ride, that mad a complete revolution. I forget the actual ride name, but not something you can't find at other parks, but was probably the biggest flat ride at the park.
Now with the SLC, that would likely be their most popular attraction. However, when I was there the crowds were very small, and lines were not an issue.
As far as getting to the Parks, I might be able to squeeze the time tomorrow morning (the pasrks are closed today) to pay admission and ride the coasters only. Of course I will take some pictures as well.
Problem is, the Band I am touring with has a show in Haifa that evening, and they want to spend the entire day there. So.. If I can be lucky enough to get one of the Vans in the morning I am going to head right there.
We fly out to Italy on Monday and the parks are closed on Sunday, so this may be my only chance. I unfortunately spent the week in the hospital in Poriyya with our documentarian/Film Guy so I could not visit during the week either. Oh well.
Thanks for all the information. I will let you all know what happens.
EDIT: changed IMDB to RCDB. ooops *** Edited 10/28/2005 3:42:51 PM UTC by James K***

It is funny, I am currently within 20 minutes of both parks and cannot find a way to fit them in the plans. I guess when you are traveling with 14 people + 4 Others the 1 person who wants to go to the amusement park will not always get his way.
Maybe next time? if there is a next time.
