Is Ultimate Ride like RCT?  Do you build parks or just coasters.

Ultimate Ride and Roller Coaster Tycoon are compleatly different games. You only build roller coasters in Ultimate Ride.

Can you ride the coasters in Ultimate Ride?  Does anyone recommend this game?

Yes, you ride it in 3D(in either the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th car). I just bought the game today. It is a good game. I recomend it.
