Is TTD Testing?

On the March 27th update of Cedar Point's TTD Photo gallery, it shows a train on the launch. I cannot tell, is it being pulled through, or do we have today as the first launch of TTD?

i was just standing out at the point today, and couldn't help notice that it was struggling up the tower, i think it only just got over the top hat....

Just wonderring, why would anyone think its testing when the mag brakes on the launch havent been installed?
