Is Tower of terror done?

I was at CA on monday and a group of about 50 people were outside on the steps taking a group picture as we were waiting to get into the Aladdin's show. As we came out I noticed the ride actually running. Does anybody know if this was a preview for workers on the ride? I know they are still working out the bugs and final touches but does anybody know whaat Monday was all about? I'll also have some TR from DL, CA, Knotts Legoland and SFMM from this week.

Cast Previews have started, but the ride isnt set to open until May

The ride has been testing, both with and without people, for at least a month now. Disney just likes to make sure everything is working perfectly and everyone is well-trained before the ride opens.
