Is the N.M. Rattler Open?

I emailed the park but they gave me the long story about that they were gonna finish it on their own, but never told me if it was open. I'm planning a trip in less than 2 weeks to go there and if it isn't open I'm gonna cancel the trip. Do any of you know if it is open?

With CCI closing its doors, the building of the Rattler was drastically slowed down. There was an article that was in the link on the news section about CCI. It stated that "park officials still hope to have it completed before this summer's
end, at the latest."

I doubt if it will be open two weeks from now. That's just a guess, however.
