Is Scream! a Medusa(SFGA) clone?

I just wanted to know, is Scream! a clone of Medusa at Six Flags Great America? It seems the same to me, but I just wanted others opinions.
If Medusa SFGAdv (not Gam) is the same as the Medusa at SFMW, then no, they're not clones. Scream is more twisted back around itself, and has a superior layout (although it vibrates a lot).

And, Scream's cobra isn't ... uh ... geez how do you describe that inversion? Is that a Sea Serpant? The cobra that comes in one direction, but goes out the other?

Its actually a mirrored version, but close enough. Seeing as you're new(er) here, look around a little and utilize the search function. Make it your friend. ;)

EDIT- There's no Medusa coaster at SFGam, only SFGadv and SFMW. Scream! is a mirror image of the Medusa at SFGadv. Hope that clears things up a little. :)

MG87, you forgot Medusa @ Six Flags Mexico, although its a woodie, you said

So the woodie would have fit in there. Just thought I would poing that out...;)

Scream! is a mirrored clone of Medusa East, just a little taller. Medusa West is completely different from Medusa East and Scream!. West has a straight drop, a zero g roll parallel to the loop, the Sea Serpent inversion, and the corkscrews dont interlock. just wanted to throw that in.

There may be some slight differences in track banking at various points, but they are definately VERY close to mirrored clones. SFMM claims Scream! to habe a 150' drop, but I think it is the same as Medusa East. Maybe the top of the drop is 150' off the ground?

Just giving Scream the "old eye-ball test" (which is obviously not all that accurate) I'd say it is not any bigger than Riddler. Riddler actually looks slightly larger than Scream to me.

Probably because it is slightly larger than Scream!, Soggy. By 6 feet. ;) Oh, and RCDB claims that Scream! has a 141' drop. Compare that to Medusa East, which is 142' tall and has a 132' drop. They're still mirrored clones if you ask me, though.

Is RCDB correct on Scream?

I'm still confused, and everyone knows that bears don't speak latin.
