Is RCT2 your most used game?

Hey everyone. I hope everyone had a great holiday season!

I was wondering, with so many games out, most which are not based upon amusement parks, do you play those as well?

I barely have any games that aren't tycoon style, and RCT2 is the only game I play almost everyday.

Many games like Ski Resort Tycoon run really slow and are quite boring to play.

RCT2 is the only one that has really lived up to my expectations.

How about you? Is that the main game you play?

If you want to be happy for a few hours play rollercoaster tycoon 2.

If you want to be happy for a day go to Cedar Point.

If you want to be happy for a lifetime help other people.

On the PC, and at this time, yes.

I tend to play one game at a time. Before RCT2, it was Scrabble.

But my most played game on any system right now is DDR and has been for about 6 months.

Yes, were it not for DDR, my ass would be growing by inches a day playing RCT2.

DELETED!

Heh. Nope. I play RCT2, but I also still play Dungeon Siege on my PC, Mech Assault & Steel Battalion on my XBox, Metroid Prime on my GameCube, and Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance on my GBA (to think of titles I've fired up in the last 2 weeks)

Other than RCT2, my only game is Civilization III. I love RCT, but I play for a few hours and I'm ready to stop. With Civ3, however, I can, and have, play for days at a time.

I have tried it at the mall but I just can't seem to do it.

I don't mean to be stupid but is there a PC game for it? Or is it a PS2 game with a pad?

Nope. I'm playing BloodRayne and Nolimits and The Sims Online. I'm addicted!

I play RCT2 a lot, but that number of hours absolutely PALES next to the amount I play Counterstrike! Ever since I bought my first computer in 1995 to play a little game called Dark Forces, I have been an utter nut for first person shooters.

Many, many hours of Doom2, Duke Nukem 3D, Quake, Quake Capture The Flag, Quake2, Half-life, Unreal Tournament, Team Fortress Classic, Quake 3, and Counterstrike later, I have the eye-hand reflexes of a hyperactive 15-year old jacked up on 8 Espressos.

Dungeon Siege, Diablo 2, Neverwinter Nights, and now Tiger Woods 2K3 take up equal time with RCT2 right now. When RCT2 first came out it was all I played. I have a feeling Tiger will be taking up more and more of my time as it is now also golf offseason for me too.

I play rct2 most of the time. When I'm not playing it I'm playing one of the final fantasies for the playstation, right now I'm playing final fantasy 9 again. I use to play civ3 alot, but then rct2 came out and I haven't got back into it.

Definately RCT2. No other game compares.

I really really really want The Sims Online, but if I get it, I'm afraid I'll become deathly addicted to it. I already spend enough time on RCT2. I'm afraid that if I get The Sims Online, my life will get tangled in cyberspace, and I won't eat, sleep, or be merry. I will be a dead vegetable, drooling on to the keyboard, bloodshot eyes; free-association typing. And then soon enough I will say goodbye to CoasterBuzz, and hello to SimsOnlineBuzz. So, yeah - I think I'll develope a physical hobby instead. :-)

RCT 2 is a game I really like to play a lot. But when it comes down to it, I usually play NoLimits a lot more because of how in depth you can get into your rides and customize so much. I also play NCAA 03' for PS2 a ton too. They are my top 3 by far.

1. S:RoS @ SFNE 2. Yankee Cannonball 3. Cyclone/B:TDK

On the PC I deffinately play RCT 2 the most followed by the demo of Battlefield 1942 (I should breakdown and buy it).

On my Xbox I play Unreal Champoinship, NFL Fever, and BMX XXX the most. I just wonder if RCT 2 will actually come out for it like mentioned in a thread a while back.

I barely even use RCT2. I play it now and then but I guess the whole RCT thing has lost it's appeal. At least the appeal it used to have, hours of playing it tryign to figure out where you went wrong in the last 2 months of the scenario to fail.

Top game on my PC is, and has been the same for just a HAIR under 5 years now.. Ultima Online.

other than RCT , i play Counter Strike. But i whenever i play RCT , i play for long periods of time, its get really involved with it.

RCT2 has collected more dust than my exercise bike. If I didn't have to grab for a CD to play it, it would see more action. If I could play it in a window while playing a DVD in the lower left corner of my screen like I could with its predecessors, I would never let it go. But as it stands, it dropped way off my To Do list.

Of course, Hasbro's got my money so why they'd give a rip is beyond me.

Before good old St. Nick came, I was playing mostly RCT2 followed by Scream Machines and Civ 3 once and awhile. But now, since St. Nick gave me Zoo Tycoon: Marine Maina and Streel Legal, I've been messing around with both those games. Also I will have Sim City 4 once it comes out, and I have this feeling that RCT2 will be collecting alot of dust. Althro, knowning me, I'll dust RCT2 off here and there.

-----------------
Is it May yet??

More than anything, I play Autodesk Inventor.

Oh, wait - that's not a game. It's work.

RCT2 is fun now and again, but the scenarios really, really suck.
