Is it worth it to join ACE???

To be honest, I really don't think that it's worth to join ACE. I mean do you really have to join a coaster group to be called a coaster enthusaist? I don't think so. I mean I go all over the world to see what's the best coaster. Plus, ACE memebers go through American coasters. They don't go to coasters all over the world. No disrespect to ACE, but I don't think joining a club like that makes you special or gives you a title of coaster enthusaist.
To Ruffryder:

Joining the club doesn't give you any sort of title, we don't join it for that reason. We are people who just like coasters, and like being in a club. Also, ACE members travel all over the world to ride coasters, not just America.

ACE isn't about joining some special club, like you get a special ring and learn a handshake or something. It's about being in a group with people all around the world who love coasters like you do, and who you can identify with. I've made so many friends from across the globe because of ACE. I remember CoasterMania '00 at Cedar Point, I met so many new friends in line during ERT. ACE is as much about the people as the coasters, IMO. I joined ACE when I was 13, and it has been 6 years now as a member, and i don't regret a minute of it!
