oh man, your missin out. ok, IMO, RCT and nolimits take the best of 2 different worlds. nolimits lets you create basically any track you want. while it does have somewhat of a limited space to the giant coasters you make, you can easily fit a B&M invert, floorless, or a simple intamin hyper fits as well. just things like SD2K i had some troubles with.
and now, with the newer version, you can *ride* your rct tracks using no limits, sounding better? i have roller coaster factory, and now the disk is just collecting dust because i dont use it.
and if you dont like the editor, you can always go to sites like www.coastergames.net and download everything that other people make. it really is a good game. probably takes about 30mins - 1hr to start understanding the editor really well, and a couple days to understand how to get a smooth coaster coming, but it really isnt that hard. its a great coaster game that you should deffinately try out.
The patch v.1.2 totally blows....
I havn't seen so many bugs in my life in ANY game ever!!!
First, there are support problems... Almost everything that involves supports has a bug. Most of the time I cannot place supports because it wont let me, other times it goes where I dont even click. This happens with trees also! I cant stand it! Sometimes the editor is un-playable!
Then you got the track part. When I click where the next piece of track will be placed, it goes the total opposite way. I dont understand, why Ole couldnt of tested it more, and not released the the V.1.2 POS he did release!
*end rant* ;)
