Well I just downloaded it today......would that be the newest?

P.S. There's a simulation you might know...It's for ULTRA COASTER and it's called CHAOS THEORY. I think that is most impressive sim I've seen due to the innovative LIM application. Do you know who did that one?

Here's how to tell if it's the newest or not: if it is using Schwarzkopf trains/track it's the old one, and if it's using Arrow trains/track it's the new one.

I made Chaos Theory. It was the last coaster I built for Ultra Coaster. You can find it on my site also by clicking on the Ultra Coaster button in the menu.

Your sims are the best I've seen.....I already have all the ones on your site. Plus many others.

Are there any "real" rides that incorporate anything similar to your LIM arrangement on CHAOS THEORY?

Not that I've seen. I can think of a couple of coasters that have 2 launches, but not 3.

Volcano The Blast Coaster and Speed The Ride are the two that have 2 distinct launches. Mr. Freeze (both of them) and Batman and Robin: The Chiller both have a second set of LIMs that are used to gain extra height before the return trip, but I wouldn't really call them launches.
