Ironic names...

How about Mean Streak? I don't think there is anything "Mean" about it, but now that I think of it.....everyone in our group usually "Streaks" away to get to a more fun ride. heh
It's not ironic, but Ninja at SFOG is an extremely fitting name. After a couple laps on that monstrosity you feel like a ninja whooped your tail.

Black Belt Of Coasters indeed.

Zoooom at oaks park does not go very fast. Heck, the bumper cars there are probably swifter.

Iron Wolf is made of steel, okay a little iron is used in steel coasters but enough to name them that.

Umm, you *do* realize that steel is mostly (read >70%) iron right?

http://www.rcdb.com/ig1533.htm?picture=2 No, show me the blue in THIS picture. Sure the train is, but the name of the ride doesn't mention the train.

Mildly amused since 2003.

Hmmm...but the thing that does the coasting (the coaster) is blue. ;)

When's the last time you saw track coasting? Unless it was on a flatbed truck coasting down a hill... *** Edited 12/20/2006 3:26:07 PM UTC by janfrederick***
