Grant, liking a coaster at your home park means nothing. I like Iron Wolf, and it in no way relates to it being at my home park. Many people dislike Shockwave, and that is at my homepark. I also dislike it. With your reasoning, I guess I
should like Shockwave, but I don't. The best thing about Shockwave is the way it looks while on the highway...
Back to Iron Wolf, I love it. Not my favorite, but I don't hate it or even dislike it a little. If you don't like it because it's "too rough" good, stay out of line, make it shorter for me. So what if you hit your head once or twice, that gives a coaster character. Coasters are meant to beat you up a little bit (which is why Raging Bull is not my favorite coaster, it's way too smooth!)
It gives a great ride, and is one that proves you don't need inversion after inversion to be a great ride. I'm sure both Vortexes and Georgia Scorcher are also great rides, because they are the same, hills, turns, and only a vertical loop and corkscrew. I wish B&M would make more rides like that.

Yes, I do. I bash Shockwave and Demon a lot, just ask my friends. Last time I checked, they were at my home park.
