Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida is getting serious about getting a hypercoaster by B&M. Advertisements, although too little and to few for most to see, are popping up in and around the park. The location of the coaster is going to be behind the Incredible Hulk Coaster around the lake. Again, this is seriously in question but by all means, not a guarantee. According to IOA officials that spoke out last week, they will have a guarantee by the end of September.

I can tell you that one of the advertisements that I saw was a sign in the parking deck in the Superman section. It said and I quote: "ARE YOU READY FOR A BANG BECAUSE THE B&M AGE IS COMING TO THE ADVENTURE" The sign had a picture of one of the trains on Nitro.

I am sorry, not the Superman section but the Spiderman section of the parking deck..I always get those two confused
Umm, not to be a doubter, but I don't know of any sane park exec who would put out ads for a ride that they haven't gotten confirmed.

Oh, but they do have plans. They don't want to make a big deal about it because look what happened last year when the rumor spread about the possible giga-coaster. IOA is smart and they will make a real "bang" on the coaster industry when they confirm the specs at the end of October. Besides...Nitro at Six Flags was advertised three months before they even had enough room for it.
If they do then the lift hill would have to be 200 feet or under because they can't build anything over 200 feet
I can tell you this...THIS COASTER WILL BREAK RECORDS!!!!

Well, I would like someone to post a picture of this advertisements. Also, why would it be behind the Hulk and around the lake. Wouldn't you think that "they" would put the coaster in a differnet "island" of the park? But hey, if "they" get a hypercoaster, that would be awesome, and the ride would set new records because IOA is known for "first-of-a-kind" rides.

I was at IOA today and looked for these so called ads and saw nothing to confirm anything. I think this was something mistaken for something else or just wishful thinking.
SURE...Like the general public even knows who B&M are...why would Universal put out a sign saying ""ARE YOU READY FOR A BANG BECAUSE THE B&M AGE IS COMING TO THE ADVENTURE?" And what the hell is the B&M Age? They already have two...DD and Hulk.
Exactly, judging from all of the posts by Hulkisnumber1, I think I can safely say that this is a completely made up story in order to get attention. As Nyke911 pointed out, and advertisent like that is bologne. Even if the park did decide to drop a few hints to the public, they would not go as far as to name a manufacturer that none of the GP has heard of, and they would not word it so poorly. This is almost as bad as the rumor that there was a sign at Cedar Point saying,"Blast into 2002 with major air." There is no reason for posts like these.

Exactly my thoughts. Until I see a picture of the sign I don't believe a word of it. The GP doesn't know, nor do they probably care what B&M is and they wouldn't understand.
